Aris Valentin is the proud owner/operator of Astin’s Handyman Services, and first class partner with FerTex Properties. You will find many examples of his work, throughout all FerTex Properties. 

Aris has always had an eye for home design, and the passion to match. He worked night and day to perfect his skills, accepting nothing short of perfection. 

Our friendship began 30+ years ago, when I rented an apartment in his family’s multi-unit home. He was so excited, and couldn’t wait to show me the amazing project he had just completed in his room. He hung a vintage chandelier, that completely transformed the space. It had pizazz, a dash of sparkle, and a lot of WOW! It was then I knew he was destined to be my best friend, and partner, in making our life’s dreams a reality. 

I have had the privilege to work with Aris in many facets over the years. Most recently, battling the pandemic in the epicenter of the world. As facilities manager of a prestigious preschool, with several locations, his dedication, passion and character were put to the test. He had to find creative and innovative ways to keep our business clean, safe, and repaired, so that our students could continue their education. He did not fail, and exceeded all expectations.
