Coming from humble beginnings,  we had a hunger to experience the finer things in life. So Ruben took to the international skies and Vincent climbed the corporate ladder, raising our 5 beautiful children along the way. Together we have a combined 50+ years in the travel and service industries.

My family and I have stayed twice and the experience has been spectacular. From the owner Vincent, who was very attentive, responds quickly and is always aware that we have everything we need. Excellent human being. The apartment is beautiful, just as you see it in photos, you will see it as immaculate, organized and perfect everything. The area, the beach and the pool are wonderful. This charming apartment gave our group of 8 happy memories and a comfortable experience for 4 days. The decor is stunning in its use of cerulean blue in the accent walls, furniture, appliances, etc and it boasts a quiet little rooftop lounge area where some of us liked to nap. The pricing is unbelievably reasonably priced and yet the product is one of the best I've been in. But Vincent himself was the most excellent thing about this rental. He was very responsive and hands on in helping us get situated, giving advice on our touring plans, recommending local spots, and responding to small problems thst inevitably will come about. His offering is very thoughtful, providing us more than enough household use towels and beach towels alike (necessary for a beach vacation) as well as snacks, lawn chairs, Christmas decorations, and toiletries. More than glad we found this steal!

We had a great experience. We had plenty of space for everyone. Some of the highlights of this apartment were having 2 full bathrooms, having access to a washer & dryer in the unit, & everything was nicely set up & organized. Vincent was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Vincent checked in with me the day before we arrived, met us on the day we arrived & checked in with me the day we left. Vincent went an extra step & helped us with our trip to Vieques. We were really pleased with our stay.

Vincent was a great host. He literally thought of everything upon walking into the condo and each room of the place. Super responsive and was so quick to fix a couple things that went wrong in the condo. The little gifts for the guests are my favorite even though I didn’t use all of it but the thoughts put into it tell you how much Vincent cares about the well being of his guests. Also, the fact that he has cars for us to rent from at a discounted price compared to the airport is super helpful. Thank you for opening up your home to us and you were very accommodating.

Vincent is the #1 host on Airbnb. I have stayed at so many places but have never gotten such a lovely treatment like I did. Vincent was commutative since the day I booked. He responded to all my questions and provided amazing suggestions the entire trip. My family and I are so grateful for him and Ruben. Check in was easy as he met with us and helped us get to the place. The Apartment is well equipped with everything you need! I was in shocked because I saved sooooo much money. I didn’t have to purchase beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys for the kids. The kids loved the bunk beds and board games. The apartment is near Luquillo beach and the ferry if you want to go to Culebra or Vieques. Look no further if you want to have fun and stay at a gated place. I can’t wait to go back and stay longer! It was nice arriving to a wine bottle and little gifts that he left for my family and I. I felt right at home ❤️

Vincent’s place here in Fajardo was fantastic! My wife and I absolutely loved our stay and we had such a great time! It is located perfected around multiple marinas to go day trips like going to culebra or Vieques or other islands! Amazing restaurants are in Fajardo too like La Estación and it is closed to Luquillo where we went to El Terruño to eat! This Air BnB was perfect for what we wanted on our trip to Puerto Rico! Look no further! This is the air bnb you want to stay at! The home has everything you need and more! The location was perfect, we were doing a day trip to Vieques and it was a super quick drive as well as Seven Seas beach is super close by. First and Foremost, WOW! Vincent literally walked us through Check-in and got us settled. When traveling with three kids, things can be stressful, Vincent's easy check in/out was A+ and stress-free. Very easy processes and setup in home made things comfortable.I'd definitely stay here again! The properties location is in the heart of the Fajardo area, super close to restaurants, tourist attractions, and even a supermarket if you like cooking on vacation. Without a doubt, Vincent exemplifies what a super host truly is. He went out of his way to ensure that we knew what all was available for this location as well as activities and recommendations for the area. He was very responsive to my many questions topped with a great sense of humor. It became an ongoing joke with my family to see if there was anything that he could possibly have forgotten to provide for creature comforts at his rentals. Literally, everything has so much care and thought put into it. One simple example - knowing that sunburns are prevalent for renters, he even puts a bottle of aloe in the refrigerator for that first burn. I could go on and on about the extra touches and wonderful interactions with us, but suffice it to say that we will be back - and we know that we will have everything we could possibly want and more. Vincent was on-time for our meet and greet. His place is perfect for families. He has everything you need from a young infant to a young adult. Nice details, dominoes, board games, beach chairs, plastic utensils, windex, paper towels, trash bars, cloth detergent and I can go on and on. He has been careful, kind and helpful making available all that is necessary for a please stay. Besides, any time I needed something, he was available in under 5 minutes. Always attentive, polite and willing to help. Text him while you are visiting, he has also great recommendations for eating and places to visit. Amigo supermarket and other stores are around the corner, location is very convenient on your way heading for an adventurous day or coming back from an pleasant journey on beaches, El Yunque, San Juan or any other places relatively close to the condominium. Walgreens is also close by, bakery near by (really good). We enjoyed macho beach and seven seas. Our goal was to visit Culebra and the ferry from this place was only 15 to 20 minutes. It was an extraordinarily beautiful experience.

Vincent is above and beyond. The location is quiet and amazing. You don't need to worry about traffic and getting there because it is very easy. Fajardo has lots of good places to visit and Luquillo Beach is as amazing as Flamingo Beach in Culebra. If you are deciding to stay in the East, this is the place. Vincent makes this place magical and so welcoming that you don't want to leave the apartment. If you are traveling with a big group, I highly recommend this place. Vincent was completely amazing. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about him or his Airbnb. My family and I arrived late after a nightmare we experienced with our first Airbnb. Vincent messaged me right away although it was late. Assured me everything would be okay. He met my family and I at the ferry and even helped us bring all our belongings over. Because we were arriving late, he even offered to go to the grocery store and pick up breakfast, snacks and drinks for us!! To say he went above and beyond would truly be an understatement. The place was immaculate and it was so beautiful and tranquil. But overall the best experience was his warm welcoming. He even has other properties as well as vehicles available for rent. Very pleased with our stay. Vincent was beyond accommodating to us since our flight came in early morning, he met up with us and handed us the keys himself. Him and family had little gifts for us all around the apartment plus the basic essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash,lotion plenty of towels including beach towels l, beach chairs even floaties for the kids. we had a personalized note on the counter and he gave us great suggestions around town. It is a gated neighborhood and very quiet all you here are the Coqui's at night. in a nutshell Vincent and his family are beyond super host and go beyond the regular Airbnb experience.
