Dear Guests,

We are delighted that you are in the planning stages to visit one of our homes that will accommodate you and your guests in Puerto Rico, Georgia or Florida.
Our guests’ safety as well as our employees’ is our highest mission. Please reference the local measures established by the government of Puerto Rico, along with the state of Georgia or Florida such as social distancing, standards of cleanliness and the use of facial covering, in accordance with CDC and EPA guidelines. Numerous measures have recently been lifted for those fully vaccinated. As of March 10th, we understand that the government of Puerto Rico and the State of Florida and Georgia have eased most of the COVID-19 regulations. As a private company, we have made the decision to continue to maintain our safety standards on our cleaning guidelines for all homes.

Make sure to review and follow any additional cleaning guidance from government or health authorities in your local jurisdiction.

FerTex Properties is committed to ensuring the safety of all of our customers and our staff. Restrictions over the months have varied, but our staff has worked very hard and tirelessly to ensure everyone’s safety. We are very proud of our team’s effort and will continue to care for our staff as much as we care for our guests. We are aware of how difficult and sometimes upsetting the safety guidelines have been. We hear you, but we are also aware that maintaining these safety guidelines has prevented any outbreak in our homes.

You or your guests may still come into contact with and/or contract a communicable disease, including COVID-19, even with us following our strict cleaning protocols.

FerTex Properties is not responsible for any injuries or disease resulting from staying in our properties and us following these guidelines.
Every space in FerTex Properties is different and we understand that some have unique features that require specialized cleaning and sanitizing.  We have succeeded with our policies and believe that our decisions (even though might look too strict for some), are appreciated by others. As of March 10th, we understand that the government of Puerto Rico, the State of Florida and George has eased most of the COVID-19 regulations. As a private company, we have made the decision to continue to maintain our safety guidelines on all homes. These restrictions will continue to be in place until we feel comfortable enough that you, as our guest, and our hardworking staff are both safe.

Please keep in mind that the following rules are mandatory and not subject to your discretion.

FerTex Properties COVID-19 Cleaning Protocol.

We clean the dirtiest spaces first we Spend the most time cleaning the areas that are most prone to germs and bacteria. This means starting with the bathroom and kitchen before moving on to the rest of the space.

We start cleaning in the order below:

1. Bathroom
2. Kitchen
3. Bedrooms
4. Common areas (e.g. living room, dining room, office)
5. Outdoor areas
6. Entryway

Once we finish sanitizing and resetting a room, we don’t re-enter this space.

All cleaning protocols are included and expected to be followed by all staff.

Failure to comply with the rules below will result in your immediate expulsion from the property.

1. Only guests that have been approved will be allowed at the property (including family and guests)
2. once you book a reservation or at the checkpoint, you may be asked to provide your ID, original vaccination card, or Global Vacu ID.
3. If you are not vaccinated, a negative COVID test result may be required no more than 72 hours prior to check-in. This applies to adults and kids from 2 years old and up.
4. This applies to your visitors or they will not be allowed on the property. ·
5. Check-in time is at 1:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. we are flexible if you are looking or needing flexibility·
6. Upon check-in, the home will have been deep cleaned and sanitized completely.

Regulatory authorities such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. CDC are who we follow regarding our cleaning protocols.

The five-step cleaning process is as follows:

1. Prepare our equipment and ventilate the space before cleaning
2. Clean each area by removing dust and debris
3. Sanitize all high-touch surfaces, appliances, and electronics
4. Check that the space has been thoroughly deep cleaned and sanitized
5. Reset the home for the next guest and restock our supplies

During your stay, we do not provide housekeeping.

• All towels will be changed after every stay.
• All public areas reflect restrictions including capacity, hours, and more. Contact us for more accurate information before arrival.
• Pool hours are from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
