Even more than that; they had everything we needed for our trip including great recommendations, car service, and a car for us to rent to get to our activities. Vincent messaged me right away although it was late. Assured me everything would be okay. He met my family and I at the ferry and even helped us bring all our belongings over. Because we were arriving late, he even offered to go to the grocery store and pick up breakfast, snacks and drinks for us!! To say he went above and beyond would truly be an understatement. The place was immaculate and it was so beautiful and tranquil. But overall the best experience was his warm welcoming. He even has other properties as well as vehicles available for rent. But all the inconveniences were for the security of the people so we understand and respect them. We have to change some guests names and the process is very strict, and Vincent was so sweet, sympathetic and cooperative with the situation, me, my family and friends had an amazing weekend at the isleta. A little planning, a smoother stay
Yes. Free kayak rental is available when requested in advance. Users must be 18 or older and able to swim. There is no lifeguard on duty. Please follow all kayak-use instructions provided by our team.
Casa Dream is on Isleta Marina, a private island off Fajardo. Guests use the island ferry, which is included with the stay. Plan around its operating hours and stop for groceries before crossing. Vincent and the FerTex Properties team will help you prepare for arrival.
The Airbnb description lists ferry service from 6:30 AM to 10 PM Sunday–Thursday and from 6:30 AM to 11 PM Friday–Saturday. It lists private mainland parking at approximately $5.60–$12 per day. Confirm current service and parking arrangements with our team before travelling.
Plan for check-in between 3 PM and 8 PM, following the detailed Airbnb arrival guidance, and checkout by 10 AM. Please discuss late flights before booking. Our team will confirm the arrival arrangement for your trip.
The maximum is six guests, including children. There is one double bed in the bedroom, a daybed with a pull-out bed, and two sofa beds in the living room. This is a one-bedroom condo; the living room doubles as sleeping space when the sofa beds are in use.
The two outdoor pools, tennis court, basketball court, and beach access are shared with other island residents and guests. Casa Dream itself is an entire condo for your group.
One pet is allowed under the current Airbnb house rules. Confirm any pet conditions or fees before booking. The building has an elevator, but that alone does not establish step-free access for the whole journey. Please discuss any mobility or accessibility needs with our team before booking.
Airbnb discloses exterior security cameras, nearby bodies of water, and areas with unprotected heights. Cameras monitor common entrances and pool areas; there are no cameras inside the condo. Children need appropriate supervision around shared pools, the marina, and balconies. Island utilities and Wi-Fi may occasionally be interrupted. Discuss any specific needs with our team.
