The space
Looking for a nice quiet place for family and friends? The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and private bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have two bunkbed sets, twin over full, each. Full kitchen with all amenities, open living room, dining room area. Private washer and dryer as well. The property has three pools, all shared, one very close to the apartment. Literally a one minute walk. The other two are still walking distance, but a few buildings down.
Basketball court as well, great for when the kids want to burn off steam.
Although our building has not been painted yet, the grounds are kept extremely clean and the inside will make you feel like you’re on vacation.
Casa Family Getaway is the perfect getaway for family and friends without breaking the bank, in Fajardo Puerto Rico.
Guest access
24 hour security in gated community. Condo has its own private parking for two vehicles, as well as guest parking.
Other things to note
We decided to permanently move and purchase a home here in Puerto Rico. We have enjoyed this condo tremendously for the last eight years. Our goal is to have our guest enjoy it as much as we do feeling relaxed, settled, and comfortable as if they were in their own home.
Where you’ll be
This condo is located in Fajardo Puerto Rico.
Literally a five minute drive to the Fajardo marina. This is where you will find some of the best snorkeling trips on the island. Strongly recommend booking in advance.
10 minute drive to catch the ferry to Vieques or Culebra.
You will also want to make sure to purchase your tickets in advance.
You are also about a 20 to 25 minute drive to Luquillo Beach. A great experience for the whole family, horseback riding on the beach or just some nice relaxing time away.
You also can’t forget a beautiful day trip to Puerto Rico‘s rainforest.
Supermarket literally right before you enter the condo complex, some great fast food options and not far from some of the best restaurants were you can enjoy Puerto Rican cuisine.
Getting around
Best to rent a car when you arrive at the airport. We have two private parking spots available for guests upon arrival.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Family Getaway. Vincent went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially since our flight arrived early in the morning. He personally met us to hand over the keys. His family had thoughtfully placed little gifts throughout the apartment, along with essential amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and plenty of towels, including beach towels, beach chairs, and even floaties for the kids. A personalized note greeted us on the counter, and Vincent provided excellent recommendations for exploring the area. The neighborhood is gated and incredibly peaceful, with the soothing sounds of Coqui frogs at night. In summary, Vincent and his family are exceptional super hosts who provide an outstanding Airbnb experience with their amazing hospitality and communication.

Vincent was the host with the most! He was communicative after I booked, making great recommendations for the area and even offered rental cars which were fantastic for our group. Vincent is a very attentive and decisive host. Definitely highly recommended!
As for the apartment, exactly the same as the photos. Very cheap for the capacity and quality that it has. We did the favor of renting it only for one night and Aloe Vera left us for the burns.
Apart from this, Vincent helped us buy the ferry tickets, transport us between his airbnb, the port and the city of San Juan, and kept our bags for a whole day. These services were somewhat expensive, but it is fair and totally understandable due to the lack of transportation and services in the port area of Fajardo. It was a little expensive but it helped us a lot with the trip, very satisfied.
If we are in the future, we will not hesitate to count on him.
