Full kitchen with all amenities, open living room, dining room area. Private washer and dryer as well. The property has three pools, all shared, one very close to the apartment. Literally a one minute walk. The other two are still within walking distance, but a few buildings down.
Basketball court as well, great for when the kids want to burn off steam.
The grounds are kept extremely clean and the inside will make you feel like you’re on vacation. It’s the perfect getaway for family and friends without breaking the bank, in Fajardo Puerto Rico.

Neighborhood description
This condo is located in Fajardo Puerto Rico.
Literally a five minute drive to the Fajardo marina. This is where you will find some of the best snorkeling trips on the island. Strongly recommend booking in advance.
10-minute drive to catch the ferry to Vieques or Culebra. You will also want to make sure to purchase your tickets in advance.
You are also about a 20 to 25-minute drive to Luquillo Beach. A great experience for the whole family, horseback riding on the beach or just some nice relaxing time away.
You also can’t forget a beautiful day trip to Puerto Rico‘s rainforest.
Supermarket literally right before you enter the condo complex, some great fast food options, and not far from some of the best restaurants where you can enjoy Puerto Rican cuisine.
